Is Energy Healing
Real?
People ask me this all the time, usually half-curious, half-ready to roll their eyes. Fair enough. Let's be honest: science can't measure energy healing or repeat it in a lab. Not yet, anyway. So I won't give you charts. What I can tell you is what I've seen in more than fifteen years of sitting with people.
No smoke, no theatrics
Forget the velvet robes and dramatic whispers. A healing session with me starts as a conversation. You talk, I listen — and at the same time I go back with you, on an energetic level, looking for the places where you lost pieces of yourself. I describe it simply: I see, feel and know.
Most people come in with a long list of facts. "He did this, she said that." I stop them. Facts are neutral. What matters is how you felt — and where you've felt that before.
Everything magical is also human
Here's the part that surprises people. Bad energy, a "curse", the heaviness that follows you around — it needs something to hold on to. Like a virus needs a hook on a cell. That hook is almost always an emotion you never worked through.
So negative energies are a symptom, not the cause. When we work on the cause, what's stuck simply has nothing left to hold on to.
That hook is almost always an emotion you never worked through.
So what does it feel like?
Different for everyone. Some people feel warmth, tingling or a strange heaviness slowly leaving. Some cry without knowing why — and feel relieved afterwards. Some feel tired, the good kind, like after a long walk. And some feel nothing special during the session, and only notice days later that they're reacting differently to the same old situations.
All of that is normal. It's not a show. If someone promises you fireworks, be careful.
Is it real?
I can't prove it to you on paper. What I see is people walking out lighter, clearer, more themselves — and then doing the work of their lives a little differently.
Maybe that sounds less magical than you expected. That's the trick here. A big part of my job is taking the magic out of the problem — so you can finally deal with it.
