Signs from
the Universe
You think of someone you haven't spoken to in years — and your phone rings. A sentence from a stranger sticks in your head for days. The same song keeps finding you. Coincidence? Or a message?
It's more normal than you think
I see the spiritual and the material world as one reality. Energy and things we can't explain are around us as normally as a cat in the street. Telepathy — thinking of someone and they call — happens to everyone. You don't need a gift for it. You just need to notice.
So the first thing I tell people: don't be scared of it. It's human.
When signs become a full-time job
Then there's the other extreme. People who check the clock for 11:11, count feathers, panic about Mercury retrograde and can't choose a coffee without asking the universe first.
Honestly, it can turn into a caricature. And the more obsessed you are with signs, the less you actually hear.
My advice: stop defining, start feeling.
How to tell the difference
A real sign doesn't make you anxious. It brings a quiet "oh". A small click inside. Calm, sometimes a smile.
If a "sign" fills you with fear or pushes you to do something drastic — that's usually your own worry talking, dressed up as the universe.
And most signs don't tell you anything new. They confirm what your heart already knows and your head keeps arguing with.
A real sign doesn't make you anxious.
What to do with a sign
Notice it. Write it down if you want. Then ask one question: what does this touch in me? A memory? A longing? A fear?
That's the message. Not the feather, not the number — what it stirs up inside you.
And remember: signs are hints, not orders. Don't hand your decisions over to them. You're enough to make your own choices. The signs just remind you that you're not walking alone.
